Live Music & Yoga Event, 6:00 - 7:30pm, Registration begins at 5:00pm
Be the Difference! Bring a mat or beach towel and water to Mountain Park Community Church for an inspiring yoga event for all levels and all ages. Whether you prefer traditional or Christ-centered yoga, you will enjoy the fellowship and heart-opening experience of this free community event with a live band.
Enjoy a relaxing chair massage from our volunteers and prepare to be inspired by our theme, "Be the Difference." No RSVP is required! Mats will be available for purchase. Yo It's Yoga is a sports ministry program at MPCC.

Yoga Missions Trip to Rocky Point
Every other month, volunteers from Mountain Park Community Church go to Rocky Point to work on an orphanage or help in other ways. Anyone can go. We would like to invite our yoga ministry students to join us there for daily mission work and yoga. We will be practicing Christ-centered yoga every morning on the beach! Cost: For MPCC attendees: $60/adult and $30/child 12 & under. If you provide your own transportation, cut these prices in half.

For non-MPCC attendess, add $44 for each adult and $22 for each child. (this is because MPCC subsidizes our trips)

Live Music Yoga
Artists from Mountain Park Community Church will perform live at a Christ-centered yoga class for an amazing experience. Think of being emotionally moved by beautiful music and voices, and then imagine how you will feel to practice yoga and worship God with that music to inspire you. We have goose bumps already!

Saturday Yoga Hike, 7:30 - 9:30 am
Experience God, the majesty of nature, and the peacefulness of yoga - combined for one incredible morning in the desert. We'll meet at Mountain Park Community Church at 7:30 and carpool just five minutes to the hike entrance. Our hike will include a 20-minute gradual hike, a 20-minute yoga session (all levels), snacks and fellowship, and a hike back down to the entrance. Everyone is invited, and no RSVP is required. Christmas Yoga Special Event, 6:00 pm
Enjoy the wonder of Christmas and the peacefulness of yoga for an incredible worship experience. Christmas music, fellowship, and stress relieving exercises will help recharge you for the holidays! There is no registration required, and the event is open to everyone. All levels of yoga and fitness ability will be comfortable. Refreshments will follow the Thursday evening event. Yoga Retreat: New Year, New Life, New You
Take a long weekend (Friday through Sunday) to get closer to God and start the new year with renewed energy and enthusiasm. Men and women of all yoga and fitness levels are invited to join us in the mountains for yoga, hiking, fellowship, inspirational speakers, and plenty of time for reflection and relaxation.
